10 Ways to Engage the New Congress

Whether you have one minute or an hour this blog post will guide you through actions you can take`to share the value and importance of your science with your legislators.

Going to be in Washington, D.C.?

Consider taking a couple of hours to meet with your legislators and share your science while in town. In-person visits from constituents can be one of the most effective ways to persuade a member of Congress to act or take a position on an issue. AGU will prepare, guide, and accompany you on your visits to ensure you have successful meetings. To properly plan, AGU requsts that you give us at least 2 weeks notice.
