Earth Day March for Science

Planning to participate in a march? Tell us about it and check out AGU’s resources for March attendees and supporters!

Be sure to plan ahead. Check out the Climate Science Legal Defense Fund’s guide to preparing for the March, including how to protect your rights, and AGU’s “Eight Ways to Get Ready for the March for Science” which includes links to downloadable AGU signs.

Tell Your Legislators why #scienceisessential

As legislators in D.C. begin making funding decisions for fiscal year 2018, it’s critical that they hear from constituents why science is important and should continue to receive robust funding.

Join AGU and send your members of Congress a postcard describing why science is essential for your community. Download a postcard or request a bulk order of postcards from sciencepolicy@agu.org.

Looking for more actions?

Here are additional ways you can take action in your community while members of Congress are home in their districts and states during April recess. Read our latest Bridge post to learn more about why taking action matters. Now more than ever, it’s time to stand for science!
